which gyms have this i cant afford it myself?

  2. NinjaPotatoGaming says:

@dsk803 nice job buddy, we have a freshmen on the team that had a 4:45 on the first mile trial. We call him the “prodigy” XD, maybe you can be that guy on your team

  3. NinjaPotatoGaming says:

@artline225 that man was in a different league then most of us. You realize he did crazy VO2 max training daily? Most runners, however high their talent and fitness, cannot do that kind of demanding training without recovery.

  4. NinjaPotatoGaming says:

@Prodribbler360 that’s fast for an incoming freshman, if that’s what you are. If you have a good running program it should be no problem to adapt to the longer distance. I’m guessing you should run the first mile 5:20 and see how you feel. If you feel up to it, you can finish the second mile faster. If not… well noone can blame you for trying. It’s trial and error at first, after a race or two you will know what pace to run. There’s no shame in starting out too fast in your first race

  5. Prodribbler360 says:

I’m 14 and my mile is 4:45 on avg. I’m going to be running the 2 miles I just dont know how?? If I run it like a. Mile I end up really tierd and get like 12 flat. Does anyone know what pace to run it in so I can get it under 11?

  6. RADReallyAwesomeDude says:

Okay just like everyone else is saying… I’m in 8th grade and I just got back from our fist meet. After little training and being sick, I got a 5:34 mile, but I’m mad at myself because I could have done so much better.

  7. artline225 says:

@UCheezyFoSho The great 1950′s distance runner, Emil Zadopek coached Heel-Toe running. Australian John Landy trained under him before Landy became the second man to run a sub 4 minute mile.

  8. TheGoose45 says:

@Guitarlover032 um not really but its not bad either

  9. TheGoose45 says:

@UCheezyFoSho dude you need to run on the balls of your feet, theres black and white and the balls would be in the gray area, other than that I don’t know what else to tell ya

  10. EddyGriff says:

@SoShanTASTiC No, average speed for a 40 in the NFL is in the 5 second range. A reciever or halfback will have it in the 4 second range.

  11. Guitarlover032 says:

  12. dsk803 says:

  14. 0587dave says:

in the army i ran heel strike and got my fastest times ever but also had a lot more lingering pains. now i lengthened my stride a little and rotate from the ball of the foot in now. i was sore for awhile getting used to the new stride but its all good now. i can run a little further than usual without getting tired but it didnt really help me increase my speed.

I ran 60 meters in 9 sec when i was 8 yrs. now i am 15 and run on 10 xD

  21. iitachifries says:

In grade 8 track I ran 100m just under 13secs. I was also recovering from a sickness at the time. That was the first time I ever been tested. Im now 15 and can run low 12s and probably a high 11 on a good sprint…Why is tapu007′s statement so unbelievable?……..If this changes anything. Yes, im black -_- Only half black, but still.
