Superb Ways To Run And Finish A Marathon

Our company’s 10th year anniversary was held last March and Mr. Willis had some announcement three months before the event that we will all be joining and competing on a half marathon race. Whoah! Everyone’s excited and talked about the marathon race all over the office. Sounds fun but wait I am not a runner and so most of my colleagues too! It will be my first ever race and I want to make it remarkable. Yeah, I want to finish a marathon and of course run faster and better than my co-workers here. But am I wishing for too much?

I didn’t waste any time and right after my work I searched and searched for the best ways to run a marathon. I looked for several tips and techniques to get me going and finishing it while still earning a great time. Most of my search results said one thing that running a marathon for the first time may seem impossible but with the right training plan and attitude I can finish it! Yes, I do have the attitude and motivation but where will I get a training plan?! A training plan or a personal trainer will definitely help me reach my goals.

Ways To Run Faster And BetterI didn’t know that getting a personal trainer would actually cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars! That is too much. Looking for a training plan that will teach me the proper and best ways to run and effectively help me attain a good personal time is my only hope.

I saw a site that fits my needs, a 100 day run a marathon training program which only costs less than a hundred bucks! The marathon training plan was so flexible that it provided me with ease of selecting the best training schedule that won’t hurt my work hours. I started eating the dietary recommendations and the supplements that was needed to take while on the training. Everything was clearly explained that makes the running program easy to follow for first timers like me. There are also self massage part and injury prevention details that surprisingly works! And most importantly, it gives me the morale boost that I could not just finish but actually run faster and better despite of being a first-time marathoner. The big day came and I was extremely happy and proud to completely finish my first ever race with a time of 2:45:20!

If you’re running for a race too then go get the program and learn the best ways to run faster and better! You’ll be surprised of how effective and flexible this plan is that is suited for everyone.
