Our company’s 10th year anniversary was held last March and Mr. Willis had some announcement three months before the event that we will all be joining and competing on a half marathon race. Whoah! Everyone’s excited and talked about the marathon race all over the office. Sounds fun but wait I am not a runner and so most of my colleagues too! It will be my first ever race and I want to make it remarkable. Yeah, I want to finish a marathon and of course run faster and better than my co-workers here. But am I wishing for too much?

Most of my search results said one thing that running a marathon for the first time may seem impossible but with the right training plan and attitude I can finish it! Yes, I do have the attitude and motivation but where will I get a training plan?! A training plan or a personal trainer will definitely help me reach my goals.
I didn’t know that getting a personal trainer would actually cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars! That is too much. Looking for a training plan that will teach me the proper and best ways to run and effectively help me attain a good personal time is my only hope.
